At CWC Recruitment, we are deeply committed to ensuring that international nurses not only feel at home in their new country but also thrive in their professional environment. A crucial part of this process is our focus on empowering nurses to confidently and proficiently speak German, equipping them with the language skills necessary to excel both in daily life and the workplace. Additionally, we provide comprehensive preparation for the qualification recognition exam, ensuring that they are fully prepared to meet the professional standards required in Germany.
To achieve this, CWC partners with a leading integration and education provider, offering courses that focus on key aspects of integration. As work is a major reason for nurses moving to Germany, we make sure they understand how the German work system functions, including their rights and benefits as employees of German employers.
As a certified educational institution, we collaborate with partners and government administrations to help ease the financial burden for clients hiring international candidates.
When enrolling your nurses in Integration Courses, there are two primary costs to consider: the course fees and the salary paid to nurses while these attend classes during working hours. While an initial financial investment is required from an employer perspective, there is an option to apply for an educational voucher (Bildungsgutschein) through the employment administration (Agentur für Arbeit), which covers the full cost of the courses.
In summary, if the voucher application is approved, no additional expenses will be incurred for the courses.
The primary objective of the Integration Course is to help nurses settle into life in Germany smoothly and efficiently. Our mission is to ensure that deployed nurses feel comfortable and confident in their new environment. To achieve this, we provide essential information about daily life and how things work in Germany.
The course is also designed with long-term goals in mind, focusing on preparing nurses mentally and linguistically for their roles as registered professionals in the German healthcare system.
The Integration Course curriculum combines essential themes that provide valuable insights into living and working in Germany. In addition to offering a general overview of the country from a sociocultural perspective, the program includes specialized training on medical topics and medical terminology—critical skills for the long-term success of nurses as registered professionals in Germany. Students also engage with real-world scenarios and case studies that reflect the diversity of German society and culture.
The courses for deployed nurses include 12 study hours per week, with 3 hours dedicated to live teaching sessions and the remaining 9 hours allocated for self-study. The self-study component is supported by our digital Learning Management System, ensuring flexibility and alignment with individual learning needs.
Yes, we closely monitor attendance and progress to ensure the success of our courses and the continuous development of our students. Our integration educators provide written feedback every four weeks, giving students clear insights into their performance and opportunities to improve.
